How to setup queue rules based on Country Code or Time zone

Modified on Tue, 28 Nov, 2023 at 7:33 PM

Leadmonk now offers the ability to dynamically determine a lead's country code and timezone at runtime. This information can be leveraged to effectively qualify, disqualify, or route leads based on their geographic location.

Leadmonk Default Fields

Leadmonk provides two default fields for capturing country and timezone information:

Dynamically Populating Country Code and Timezone

Leadmonk automatically populates the ld_country_code and ld_timezone fields at runtime based on the user's network information when the lead submission form is submitted. This ensures that the most accurate and up-to-date country and timezone information is captured for each lead.

Qualifying and Routing Leads Based on Country or Timezone

Leveraging the ld_country_code and ld_timezone fields, you can establish qualification queues to qualify, disqualify, or route leads based on their geographic location.

For instance, you can create a qualification queue to:

  • Qualify leads from specific countries: Identify leads from a particular country or group of countries and route them to the appropriate sales team or campaign.
  • Disqualify leads from certain regions: Exclude leads from specific regions or countries that are not a target market for your business.
  • Route leads based on timezone: Direct leads to sales representatives or campaigns based on their timezone to ensure timely and relevant interactions.

Example: Dis-qualifying Leads from outside of US

As shown below, you can view this information in the router submission details page as well.

Conclusion

By effectively utilizing the ld_country_code and ld_timezone fields, you can enhance your lead qualification process, ensuring that the right leads are routed to the appropriate sales teams and campaigns based on their geographic location. This ultimately leads to improved sales efficiency, increased conversion rates, and a more personalized customer experience.
