What are form properties?

Form properties are the data that you collect from users when they submit a form. They can be used to identify users, track their progress, or store their preferences.

Each form property has a unique name and ID. The name is the label that will be displayed to users, and the ID is a unique identifier for the property.

The answer type of a form property specifies the type of data that it can store. The available options are:

  • Text: This can be a short text field or a long text field.
  • Radio buttons: This allows users to select only one option from a list of values.
  • Checkboxes: This allows users to select multiple options from a list of values.
  • Drop down: This is similar to a listbox, but only one option can be selected.
  • Phone number: This is a field for entering a phone number.
  • Email: This is a field for entering an email address.
