Before creating a form, create all form properties for the data that you collect from users when they submit a form.

What is the use of forms in Leadmonk?

Forms in Leadmonk are used to collect information from your website visitors. This information can be used to generate leads and qualify leads.

Here are some of the specific uses of forms in Leadmonk:

  • Generating leads: Forms can be used to generate leads by collecting information such as name, email address, and phone number. This information can then be used to contact the lead and nurture them into a customer.
  • A book a demo form is a type of form that is used to collect information from potential customers who are interested in learning more about a product or service. The form typically asks for the potential customer's name, email address, and phone number, as well as some information about their needs and interests. The purpose of a book a demo form is to qualify leads and to schedule a time for a sales representative to contact the potential customer and discuss their needs in more detail.
  • A contact us form is a type of form that is used to collect information from website visitors who want to get in touch with you. The form typically asks for the visitor's name, email address, and phone number, as well as some information about their inquiry. The purpose of a contact us form is to provide a way for your website visitors to get in touch with you with their questions or concerns.

NOTE

You can either use the Leadmonk form in the inbound router, or link an existing external form, such as Webflow, Wix, Wordpress, HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo form to the inbound router.

To learn how to link an external form to an inbound router, see this help page.
