Getting Started With Leadmonk

You can create a Leadmonk account using your Google/GSuite/Outlook/Office365 email account. You can also create a Leadmonk account using email address/password option as well.

As part of the sign-up process, you will be prompted to specify your role, update your name & booking link name and connect your Google/GSuite/Outlook/Office365 calendar(s) to your Leadmonk account.


While connecting your Google/GSuite Calendar, you may get a below mentioned popup asking for permissions to manage your calendar. If you see this popup, please select the highlighted checkbox to give permission to manage appointments (schedule/reschedule/cancel meetings) in your calendar. If you don't select this checkbox, you may get an error message in Leadmonk application saying "Missing permission for calendar. Please ensure to enable calendar permissions during calendar linking".

While connecting your outlook/office 365 calendar, you may get below popup. Here you select the highlighted 'Yes' button to give relevant permissions to Leadmonk to manage appointments (schedule/reschedule/cancel meetings) in your calendar.

You can connect upto 6 calendars to your Leadmonk user account. Availability is always be checked across the connected calendars to make sure double booking does not happen.

After logging in to the Leadmonk application, you’ll land on your account's Home Page. From here, you can edit or share your appointment types, see your upcoming appointments, and more.

When you log in to your Leadmonk account, if the calendar is not yet connected to your account, you will see the below message on the home screen. Connecting the calendar is a prerequisite to making use of the appointment scheduling feature.

Once you connect your calendar(s), you are good to proceed further with appointment types customization. We got you started with a few popular appointment types. Try them out or edit them to match your needs and preferences. You can also add a new one using the + Appointment Type button on the HOME screen.

Mobile Number Linking

Link your mobile number to your account to get SMS/WhatsApp notifications for the appointments. Go to Settings->Profile page. There update your number in the Mobile Number field and click the LINK button to link your number via OTP authentication. Once you successfully link your number, the LINK button label will get changed to UNLINK. If you want to unlink your linked number or to change your mobile number in your account, click this button. Once you connect your number, specify your preferences to receive notifications: SMS or WhatsApp. The organizer will get email notifications by default.

Personalize your booking page URL

You can customize your scheduling links or booking links [Settings => Profile] by renaming your profile name (Note: name is unique across our scheduling platform, and it must be of minimum 3 alphanumeric characters).

Promote your brand at every touchpoint. Personalize your booking page to match your online branding by adding a logo, banner, profile photo, text, social media links, contact details, button colors, and a personalized message to your invitee flow. You can choose either a minimal or professional theme for your booking page. Check this page to know how to make branding changes. 

Scheduled Appointments

After an invitee schedules an appointment with you, the details are added to your Home page under the Scheduled menu. Upcoming Appointments are shown in the Upcoming tab and past appointments are shown in the Past tab. Clicking on a scheduled appointment will show its details. You can reschedule/cancel the appointment from the appointment details page.

Appointment Type Card details

Disabled appointment type is show as mentioned below, where 'Copy link' and 'Copy single-use link' fields are disabled. Check this How to Enable or Disable an appointment type help page to know more.
