TABLE OF CONTENTS

When a customer schedules an appointment with you through our platform, we will automatically send both you and your invitee a notification with all the booking details.

By default, Leadmonk offers two types of notifications to choose from:

  1. Calendar Invitation (most common)
  2. Email Confirmation

Both options provide detailed information about the booking, including date, time, location, and any additional notes or instructions.

To help you decide which notification type works best for you, we've created the following tables to outline some of the differences between calendar invitations and email confirmations. Take a look at the information below and choose the notification option that works best for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

Note: If you're looking for information about email reminders, follow-ups, text notifications or Workflows, check our workflow feature.
