How to change subscription plan - upgrade or downgrade or add/remove seats

You can add any number of members to your team as long as its within the purchased seats. 

To add more seats or to upgrade or downgrade the subscription plan, follow the below mentioned steps.

1. Go to the subscriptions page as shown below 

2. Click the highlighted 'Manage Plans, Payment and Billing' button.


  

3. Here you click on the highlighted 'Update plan' button to upgrade/downgrade the plan or to increase/decrease the quantity (number of seats).

 

4. Here you click on 'Monthly' to move from annual plan to monthly plan. Or click on 'Yearly' to move from monthly plan to annual plan. Click 'Select' on the specific subscription plan if you want to upgrade/downgrade the plan. You can adjust the quantity as shown below. Quantity means the number of seats you are purchasing.



 

Click 'Continue' button to proceed further with payment. This will take you to the checkout page powered by Stripe, our payment processor. 


5. Apply promotion code (if applicable): On the Stripe payments page, you will notice an option labeled 'Add promotion code'. If you have a valid promotion code, enter it here. Upon successful application, the amount payable should be adjusted accordingly and will be shown as Total due today amount.


6. Provide payment details: Specify your credit card or debit card details on the Stripe checkout page. Amount shown as 'Total due today' will be charged to your credit/debit card.


7. Click on Subscribe: Once you have entered your payment details, click on the Subscribe button to activate your subscription. 


8. Refresh Leadmonk App page: After completing the subscription payment process on the Stripe page, return to the Leadmonk app and refresh the app page to view the updated changes.


Click on 'Return to Leadmonk Technologies Private Limited' text to go back to the app once the payment is done. Once you go back to the app, click refresh button in the app to see the changes there.
