How to connect your Zoom account
- Go to Integrations page in Leadmonk App.
- Go to the Video Conferencing section there and choose Zoom.
- Click connect button and follow the instructions to sign in to your Zoom account, then select Next.
- While connecting your Zoom account, give LeadMonk permission to exchange information with your Zoom.
Note: for multi-user Leadmonk organizations:
- Zoom admins must pre-approve Leadmonk in the Zoom Marketplace
- Users must individually connect their Zoom account. Admins cannot connect a Zoom account on users' behalf.
Pre-approving Zoom
For Zoom users
If you see a Request pre-approve option when connecting Zoom to Leadmonk, that means that your Zoom admin must approve Leadmonk for Zoom before it can be installed. Select request pre-approve to send a request to your Zoom admin. They'll receive a notification from Zoom with the request.
For Zoom admins
If you're a Zoom admin, you can select pre-approve while connecting Zoom to Leadmonk or from the App Marketplace, under the Leadmonk for Zoom app. Once you pre-approve Leadmonk, all users on your Zoom account can download it. For more details, view Getting Started with the Zoom App Marketplace.
Once you have connected Zoom
Specify Zoom as your appointment location and when invitees book an appointment with you, the Zoom details will be automatically included in the confirmation notifications and calendar invite sent to your invitees. Providing your invitees with instant access to these details will save you time and help reduce appointment no-shows.
- When someone schedules an appointment with you, you and your invitees will receive video conferencing details via email and calendar event. Unique Zoom video conference details will be generated automatically for every appointment you schedule.
- You can also access your Zoom details from your Leadmonk appointments page in the app and from your Zoom Upcoming Meetings.
- Appointment details are updated in real time when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. By connecting your Zoom account to Leadmonk, you can reduce the time you spend manually sharing Zoom details. Upon scheduling, Leadmonk will automatically generate a unique Zoom link and dial-in details.
Customizing your Zoom settings
How to use your Zoom Personal Meeting ID for meetings
- In Zoom, log in and go to your Zoom account settings.
- Under Schedule Meeting, locate Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting, and turn on the setting.

To adjust your Zoom dial-in details
To adjust the Zoom dial-in numbers present in your Zoom details, including one tap mobile and international numbers, view Adjust your Zoom dial-in numbers.
To change the Zoom account connected to Leadmonk
Follow these steps if you need to change the Zoom account that’s connected to your Leadmonk account. Note that you can only have one Zoom account connected at a time.
- Go to Integrations page in LeadMonk App.
- Select Zoom.
- If you're connected to a Zoom account you don't want to use, select Disconnect.
- Select Connect Zoom.
- On the Zoom page that opens, log in to your preferred Zoom account.
- Select Authorize.
To Disconnect the Zoom account connected to Leadmonk
- Go to Integrations page in LeadMonk App.
- Select Zoom. If you're connected to a Zoom account you don't want to use, select Disconnect.
Setting Zoom location in your event types and viewing the Zoom meeting
- Login to https://app.leadmonk.io/
- Under “Home”, click on any of the created event types
Set “Zoom” as the location type under “Appointment Information” and “Save”
Return to “Home” and click on the “View page” of the event type modified
In the scheduling page, select a “date and time” , fill up the information and book
- On booking confirmation, Leadmonk will create a online meeting in Zoom and attach the link in the appointment details.
To view the Zoom link, go to your Leadmonk account.
Then go to “Bookings” page in your account.
Look for the appointment booked above and click on it to view its details. Zoom link can be found in the appointment details.
