How can I personalize my scheduling links?

You have the option to customize your scheduling links or booking links by renaming your profile name. Please note that the profile name must be unique across our scheduling platform and should consist of a minimum of 3 alphanumeric characters.

Follow the steps below to customize your scheduling links:

• Go to the Settings page: Navigate to the settings page in your account. You can usually find the settings option in the top menu or sidebar of your account dashboard.
• Access the Profile settings: Look for the Profile section within the settings page. Click on it to access your profile settings.
• Locate the Booking Page URL field: Once you are on the profile settings page, locate the Booking Page URL field. This field contains the current URL for your booking page.

• Edit the URL: To modify the URL, click on the Edit button next to the Booking Page URL field. A text box or editable field will appear, allowing you to enter a new unique URL name of your choice.
• Enter the unique URL name: In the editable field, enter the unique URL name that you would like to use for your booking page. Make sure the name meets the requirements and is unique within our scheduling platform.

• Save the changes: After entering the desired URL name, click the Save button to save the changes. Your booking page URL will be updated with the new customized URL.

Important Notes

• Changing your booking page URL will render all previously copied or shared links invalid. You will need to update and reshare the new links with others.
• If you have embedded the booking page on your website, the same applies. You will need to update the embedded code on your website with the new URL.
