This guide details how to reassign an upcoming active meeting from one sales rep to another in Leadmonk, provided the meeting was booked using a router (inbound, handoff, or campaign router).
What meetigs cannot be reassigned
- Cancelled/past meetings cannot be reassigned.
- Meetings booked using personal/team meeting types can not be reassigned.
What happens during reassignment
- Meeting details remain the same: Date, time, and agenda stay unchanged. Only the meeting host (sales rep) is switched.
- The original meeting gets cancelled, and a new meeting is scheduled with the new sales rep in their calendar.
- The status of the old meeting is updated to "cancelled" in the CRM.
- The new meeting is created and reflected in the CRM.
- The CRM Contact/Lead owner remains unchanged.
- If you need to change the Contact/Lead owner in the CRM, use the hand-off feature within the instant scheduler.
Reassignment Process
- Click the "Reassign" button for the meeting you want to transfer.
- A screen will appear (as shown below) displaying Invitee details, Current queue and assigned sales rep.
- Select a different meeting queue from the dropdown menu.
- Leadmonk will show the sales reps from the chosen queue. Their availability for the meeting date and time will be indicated by green (available) or red (unavailable).
- Important: You can choose any sales rep, regardless of their availability status. For example, you can assign a meeting outside their working hours if necessary.
- Click on the desired sales rep from the list.
- You get a above popup and click Yes button. Then you see below screen.
- Click the Reassign button in this screen to confirm the reassignment.
- You get a below popup (as shown below) and click Continue button here.
- This cancels earlier meeting and books new meeting. and CRM update is also done.
By following these steps, you can efficiently reassign upcoming customer meetings to optimize your sales team's workload and ensure customer interactions are handled by the most suitable rep.
